SHIPPING

 Order processing, Delivery and Shipping & Handling Charges to U.S. Orders including P.O. Box, A.P.O/F.P.O, & U.S. Territories

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders received before 2pm will start process same day unless item is not available to ship or placed on a weekend or major holiday.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

N2 Beauty Cosmetics Online ships using Priority Mail with USPS and includes Delivery Confirmation.

Shipping charges start at $6.00.

(Instead of the normal 5-7 days waiting for your products with other methods, we decided 2-3 days is a darn good deal and more economical for our beautiful customers.)

N2 Beauty Gift Card Orders will be charged $4.95 to ship Priority. Remember N2 Beauty E-Gift Cards are free to send.

 

 RETURNS


We are committed to offering our beautiful customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of the purchase. Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund. You have a maximum of 30 days to return your product, in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item(s) from your online order, please fill out the "Return Section" of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

If you are returning an item(s) received as a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

We recommend shipping your return package via USPS insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

In the case of damaged items please refer to our damaged section below.
Please note: Only products purchased from N2Cosmetics.com/N2beautycosmetics.com may be returned for refund. N2 Beauty Products purchased through retailers have to be returned to their location.

N2 Beauty Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-866-672-5371. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
